Key Responsibilities

• Review, classify, and remove content according to client guidelines using specific tools and channels.
• Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
• Analyze and review user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Engage in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development.

Required Skills

• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
• Excellent comprehension, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including knowledge of pivots and formulas.
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and domain knowledge in social media metrics like CTR, CPM, etc.
• Quick learner with a proven ability to work in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
