Job Description

Amazon is looking for motivated individuals for the profile of Data Analyst for its loss/business waste containment team. The role is a part of the India Ops under the Reverse logistics program.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Operations, Finance).
• Pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, SQL, and/or other data management systems) and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
• Develop and/or understand performance metrics to assist with driving business results.
• Quickly understand and make decisions based on available data, and follow through on resolutions to ensure timely delivery.
• Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed.
• Provide excellent communication, both verbal and written, including creating narratives outlining weekly findings and variances to goals, and presenting these findings in review forums.
• Provide real-time stakeholder experience by working in a fast-paced operating environment.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.
• SQL & Excel Proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to monitor and respond to stakeholder feedback.
• Cross-functional coordination and alignment.
