Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, ML & AI roles
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Finance, or Operations Research; MBA or postgraduate preferred
• Mandatory skills: Python & Machine Learning
• Good to have: Generative AI
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Excellent storytelling and leadership communication abilities
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to handle ambiguity
• Enterprise thinking with a focus on continuous innovation

Responsibilities

• Create ML models and advanced algorithms to identify and flag risky transactions & card members
• Develop innovative Generative AI-based solutions to enhance user experience and productivity
• Gain expertise on data understanding and tables to maximize their usage in insight products
• Deploy models in enterprise tools and monitor their performance over time
• Collaborate with product, UX, and tech teams to deliver products in an agile framework
• Conceptualize, develop, and prototype new insights products or feature enhancements for travel optimization
