Responsibilities

• Understand, research, and document business requirements
• Design and develop report architecture to ensure optimum performance
• Support reporting of operational and other metrics for the Global Services Support and Commercial Organization
• Participate in project planning sessions to analyze requirements and design systems
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports
• Interface with various internal functions to resolve issues
• Participate in proof of concepts for new tools
