Job Description

Concentrix is seeking a skilled Analyst, Forecasting to join their Workforce Management team in Bangalore. The role involves developing and refining forecasting models, analyzing large datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for forecasting and budget planning.
• Update forecasts with monthly/weekly actual data and suggest improvements based on trend analysis.
• Design and develop forecasting scenarios and generate short-term forecasts incorporating business impacts.
• Refine and capture data inputs for models and revise forecasts based on feedback.
• Maintain process documentation and adjust as needed.
• Understand time series forecasting and contact volume & AHT forecasting.

Required Skills

• High proficiency in Excel & Power BI tools.
• Experience in developing machine learning models like classification, linear/logistic regression.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and forecast complex attributes.
• Strong understanding of contact center metrics.
• Exposure to R-studio/Python.
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Presentation skills are essential.
