Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling and simplifying complex concepts
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous work experience in data, analytics, or AI projects or capstone projects is a plus
• Data and AI certifications or live projects are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Drive process analysis, opportunity assessment, and stakeholder communication
• Conduct business analysis covering capability assessment, business process analysis, financial analysis, and feasibility analysis
• Elicit requirements, identify solutions, and deliver defined functional specification documents including Business Process Mapping/Modeling and BRDs
• Ensure requirements are communicated and tracked correctly to development and testing teams
• Liaise between Business and Technology teams effectively and develop meaningful relationships through collaboration with stakeholders
• Support research, analytics, and data gathering activities
• Maintain and update a repository of standard proposal contents and templates
• Assist in the development of Marketing/Product/Capability collaterals
