• Basic understanding of data analysis methods and statistics.
• Familiarity with Excel and at least one data tool or language like SQL, Python, or R.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiastic about learning and contributing in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based data tools like Snowflake.
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Sigma.
• Knowledge of basic machine learning concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources.
• Help analyze data to spot trends, patterns, and valuable insights.
• Design dashboards, reports, and visual aids using tools such as Tableau and Sigma.
• Provide support for ongoing analytics projects and handle ad hoc data requests.
• Document our data workflows and processes clearly.
• Work together with teams across marketing, product, and engineering.
• Present your findings and suggestions to stakeholders in a clear and understandable way.
