Qualifications

• Specialist in building visualizations in Power BI based on various sources and datasets.
• Strong capabilities in DAX queries/functions and Power Query Editor.
• DA-100 certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP/S4 HANA data handling preferred.
• Experienced in connecting different data sources in one Power BI report.
• Adept in developing, publishing, and scheduling Power BI reports as per business requirements.
• Expertise in using advanced level calculations on datasets.
• Ability to develop tabular and multidimensional models compatible with warehouse standards.
• Familiarity with Row Level Security (RLS).
• Basic knowledge of secondary tools such as Microsoft Azure, SQL Data Warehouse, SSAS, Visual Studio, Power Apps, etc.
• Extended MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in building MS Teams spaces and SharePoint pages.
• Knowledge of HE/PGTR organizational structure and operational KPIs preferred.
• Flexibility across time zones for certain meetings.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the PGTR QO Management with the development and administration of the BU-QO’s Power BI workspace.
• Work closely with the HE Performance & Analytics Team to build Analysis Services reporting models.
• Develop visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI Desktop.
• Connect to data sources, import data, and transform data for Business Intelligence.
• Translate data into informative visuals and reports.
• Implement Row Level Security on data and application security layer models in Power BI.
• Create DAX queries in Power BI Desktop and apply advanced level calculations on datasets.
• Develop tabular and multidimensional models compatible with warehouse standards.
• Develop, publish, and schedule Power BI reports as per business requirements.
• Extract and analyze data from various tools and sources to measure performance of specific activities or initiatives for the QO Department.
• Create What-If analyses and scenario analyses.
• Undertake ad-hoc customized analytics and create knowledge portals in SharePoint.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, including Relex Analyzer and Power BI Dashboards, for the Transformers Quality & Operations Department.
• Support in training stakeholders on the usage of reports and dashboards.
• Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of data quality and completeness.
• Support data cleansing to enhance data quality.
