Job Responsibilities

Plan, organize, write, and code online help, user, installation, and release-related documentation for business software.
Collaborate closely with development teams to gather information.
Ensure documentation adheres to company standards and is completed within project timelines.
Develop a strong understanding of the company's software applications to produce accurate user documentation.

Excellent English language usage skills.
Proficiency in information development authoring tools or the ability to learn new tools quickly.
Strong PC skills with knowledge of various operating systems, file management tools, and MS Office applications.
Strong research and writing skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work well with team members at all levels of the organization.
Effective time management to ensure successful completion of tasks.

Industry-specific knowledge or experience or technical writing internship.
Familiarity with markup languages and graphics tools through experience or academic exposure.
