Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technology services through managed services project activities requiring general knowledge of IQVIA’s products and technical expertise.
• Identify additional product/services opportunities for clients and make decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision.
• Assist in problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment.
• Provide support on Service Requests using the incident management tool, CSM.
• Coordinate the routing and handling of Requests For Change to the next level of support under regular supervision.
• Escalate issues relating to product support or product operations to the next level of support.
• Engage in project management activities including interaction with company and client managers and cost/schedule monitoring.
