Qualifications

• Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Excel, including nested functions like INDEX MATCH
• Exceptional attention to detail for data accuracy
• Strong organizational, data validation, and audit skills
• Interest in working with large datasets and resolving data/application issues
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• High-level analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral English communication skills
• Motivated, self-starting, and team-oriented
• Preference for candidates with experience in data migration or analytics tools like KNIME, Informatica, Talend, SAS

Responsibilities

• Audit data in Excel to identify and reconcile discrepancies in commercial real estate data
• Validate data loaded to JLL proprietary applications for accuracy
• Learn commercial real estate market norms to ensure data quality
• Author and maintain standard operating procedures for data migration processes
• Develop strong professional relationships with APAC/EMEA onshore teams
• Collaborate with onshore colleagues to prioritize tasks and investigate data quality issues
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend efficiency gains
