Job Description

The Software Engineer II will be responsible for developing secure, clean, and maintainable code. The role involves working through all steps in the software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment, and solving real problems for clients and communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Write modular, extensible, readable, and performant code.
• Focus on code quality, writing unit test cases, and choosing the right data structures.
• Collaborate with teams by contributing to the shared vision and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Be responsible for the APIs you (and/or your team) build and support them until they are live in production.

Required Skills

• Solid understanding and hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful web services.
• Understanding and experience integrating web services.
• Exposure to Test Driven Development.
• Agile Scrum experience.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build complex and highly scalable systems.
