Exciting Opportunity at Morningstar for the role of Operations Associate in Navi Mumbai, India.

Responsibilities

• Establish better data access (new direct feeds and APIs) for greater aggregation reliability and efficiency.
• Advocate for changes to existing sources (website whitelisting and data quality improvements).
• Work with custodians and analyze feed data and feed layout documentation to understand custodial data elements and provide feedback to engineering and validation.
• Data mapping and working with custodians and advisors to set up access on existing feeds (feed authorizations).
• Configure authorization enablement in Admin Tool that creates a digital feed password and sends to advisor.
• Ensure data is aggregated automatically going forward.

Requirements

• Zero to 2 years of working experience on projects with contractual timelines and scope.
• Ability to execute regular operations and production processes.
• Skill in troubleshooting production issues.
• Knowledge of financial markets and products with inclination to learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Educated to degree level; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Prior knowledge of Salesforce and Jira would be beneficial.
• Understanding standard financial data reconciliation.
