• Experience with web application frameworks like Play and Spark
• Knowledge of Java GUI frameworks like Swing, SWT, AWT
• Ability to write clean, readable Java code
• Experience in handling external and embedded databases

• Skilled at creating database schemas that support business processes
• Basic knowledge of JVM, its drawbacks, and workarounds
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
