Job Description

As a Data Analyst at S&P Global, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and entering high-quality financial and non-financial data into work tools as per guideline specifications. The role involves understanding datasets, workflows, and contributing to process improvements. You will work on various research reports and company documents to collect information and generate meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collate, analyze, and enter data in work tools as per guidelines.
• Understand datasets and workflows; maintain strong knowledge of work tools.
• Provide input for new collection methods and product enhancements.
• Deliver on individual and team targets with quality and excellence.
• Support process improvements and troubleshoot issues.
• Review feedback to correct errors and refine procedures.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of corporate finance and accountancy.
• Proficiency in secondary research sources.
• Certification or experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Willingness to work in a 24x5 environment with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
