Job Responsibilities
- Manage IT services, including incident, problem, and change tickets.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and Shell IT teams.
- Execute controls and manage user access for Treasury applications.
- Maintain a secure environment for Treasury and Finance operations.
Required Skills
- 1-3 years of IT service management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general desktop tools.
- Understanding of SQL Server and ability to debug stored procedures.
- Familiarity with Service Now tool is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
