Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with 1–4 years’ experience
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Understanding of e‑commerce fulfillment and supply‑chain systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Experience with dashboard/reporting tools like Domo (desired)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, review and analyze data to drive improvements in guest experience
• Identify trends and product issues through analysis
• Test and monitor production features to ensure operational stability
• Partner with product and engineering teams to manage defects and production flow
• Support key item and brand launches while handling peak‑volume events
