For Digital Engineer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
  • Cumulative GPA of 6.0/10.0 or higher
  • Less than 2 years of relevant work experience (2023, 2024, and 2025 graduates)
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team collaboration and initiative-driven mindset

For Analog Engineer:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field

Key Responsibilities

For Digital Engineer:

  • Partner with business teams to develop design specifications
  • Analyze chip architecture trade-offs to meet specifications at competitive costs
  • Participate in design reviews and create necessary documentation
  • Design, verify, and validate innovative IPs for TI devices
  • Develop optimal design layouts for performance, power, and area efficiency
  • Validate system use-cases and build system solution prototypes
  • Characterize and qualify devices to ensure adherence to specifications

For Analog Engineer:

  • Interface with customers to understand applications and translate them into design specifications
  • Work on innovative design architectures and analog circuits
  • Characterize prototypes in the lab using high-precision instruments
  • Debug and bridge the gap between theoretical circuits and real-world functionality
  • Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure high-performance standards
  • Develop test specifications and coordinate with test/product engineering for product releases
